What Sewa does

Sewa connects local brands with community clubs for sponsorships. Brands post campaigns describing what they're looking for, and clubs apply to be considered. We review submissions and help facilitate introductions between brands and clubs — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any sponsorship arrangement that results from those introductions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Sewa. If you're applying on behalf of a club or a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Applications and campaigns

• You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit, including club details, attendance figures, social media statistics, and campaign details.
• We review every application by hand and may approve, reject, or ask follow-up questions before an application goes live.
• We may verify information you submit (for example, attendance or follower counts) and may reject or remove applications that we believe are inaccurate or misleading.
• We may remove any application or campaign at our discretion, including for violating these Terms.

Sponsorship arrangements

Once a brand and a club are introduced, any sponsorship agreement — including terms, deliverables, payment, and scheduling — is between that brand and that club. Sewa is not responsible for the performance of either party, the outcome of any sponsorship, or any dispute that arises between a brand and a club.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use Sewa to harass, spam, or solicit users outside the purpose of the platform.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Sewa's systems.
• Use Sewa for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Fees

Sewa is currently free to use for both brands and clubs. If we introduce fees in the future, we'll communicate them clearly before they apply to you.

Disclaimers

Sewa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any club will be approved, that any campaign will find a match, or that any sponsorship will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sewa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any sponsorship arrangement facilitated through it.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to Sewa, at our discretion, for anyone who violates these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sewa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
